Cancellation, terms & conditions



ALL Dorset Chamber events are booked on a pre-payment basis. 

When booking your place at an event, payment must be sent by either payment online at www.dcci.co.uk or by downloading a booking form and sending a cheque made payable to DCCI.

A VAT receipt will be issued upon receipt of payment.  Places at events are confirmed at the time of booking.

Event cancellations policy:  Any places at an event must be cancelled a minimum of 5 working days before the event in order to receive a full refund.  Places cancelled after this, or no shows on the day will not be refunded.
