03/03/2010 - POOLE-BASED MORGAN ASHURST CELEBRATES AT ANNUAL AW
Staff at Morgan Ashurst, based at Albany Park in Poole, are celebrating after winning the Managing Director’s Award at the company’s Annual Awards. Morgan Ashurst’s national managing director Graham Shennan awarded the Poole team with the sought-after gong for their outstanding performance over the last 12 months.
The Poole team, headed up by area director Paul Gale, successfully developed its special works business last year which carries out property services work ranging in value from £50,000 to £3 million. The company also successfully completed the innovative Joint Emergency Services Building at Wimborne Road in Poole at the end of last year. The £56 million project included a new police station for Dorset Police, as well as a new Area Command Centre for Dorset Fire and Rescue Service, on time, within budget and snag free.
“We’re thrilled to have picked up this award – it’s a great boost to everyone,” says Paul. “Key to our success has been our ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders and members of the communities in which we work.”
