Dorset Business Leadership Academy

The Dorset Business Leadership Academy has been launched in response to the finding of a study during 2008 by Dorset Business, other Chambers of Commerce in the South West and fdf of your particular skills needs.

This is a web-based resource of practical leadership and management education for businesses and aims to support their development and growth.

For an annual subscription, users have access to over 5000 pages of learning, as used already by Sainsbury's, Carlsberg, Post Office and the CBI.

The online learning is supported by our programme of workshops which will help you to apply what you have learnt in the workplace.

Through the Academy you can also study for accredited programmes including a foundation Degree in Leadership & Management, without having to leave your place of work.
