Export Training
International Trade Training: DCCI are running a wide variety of Import & Export training courses in 2012, a combination of half and full day courses giving you all the latest up to date information and best practice on procedures, documentation and certification. There are introductory courses for beginners or those who want a refresher through to in-depth training for experienced individuals, from Incoterms and Certificates of Origin, to Letter of Credit and Export Licences.
This area of training is vital as International Trade rules and procedures are complex and mistakes can be very expensive; whether your company uses a freight forwarder or you are directly involved in international trade, it is still the responsibility of the exporter or the importer to get it right. Our courses are run by trainers with over 15 years experience in designing and delivering training in international trade, and our courses are designed to appeal to a wide range of businesses looking to develop skills of their staff involved in any aspect of the international trade process.
Our current programme of International Trade training is as follows:
Import Procedures – 13th March 2012
Export Starter – 21st & 22nd May 2012
Export Documentation – 10th July 2012
Letter of Credit – 5th September 2012
