Are you looking for free legal advice in employment or commercial law? If so, then book onto the Dorset Chamber of Commerce & Industry's Legal Business Clinic.
Lester Aldridge will be available in the morning to answer your employment questions, such as contractual rights and obligations or guidance about how to best position your organisation if dealing with a disciplinary or grievance matter. Appointments are available at the Chamber’s offices at Tower Park and at LA’s offices in Bournemouth.
Humphries Kirk will be offering advice in the afternoon to cover Commercial issues, such as the following:
• Business names - is yours secure? How do you check?
• Intellectual Property - what is it and what is the best way to protect it?
• Contracts - Does shaking hands really seal the deal?
• Terms and Conditions - What's important and what's not.
Appointments are available for Employment Law from 9.30am – 12.30pm, and for Commercial Law from 1pm – 4pm. Business Clinics are to be held at the DCCI offices in Poole, however appointments for Commercial Law advice can also be made for the Dorchester Humphries Kirk office.
