At Dorset Chamber we faciliate a wide range of different ways to support skills development in your business. From refresher courses, health and safety to leadership and speciliast topics, we’re here to help.  We work with experts in their fields to give you the best learnining outcomes we can, whether that be through online or or face-to face delivery.  Members can take advantage of free or discounted workshops as well as access to training provided by other members. 

As the Employer Representaitve Body (ERB) for the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), we’re working with the Department for Education to faciliate improvements in technical education, shining a light on the opportunities for collaboration between stakeholders to improve work readiness, skills and performance.
